Mentoring Partnerships in Early Childhood (MPEC) aims to foster engagement in early years learning communities, where early childhood teachers, educators, leaders, directors and university academics learn from each other and co-construct knowledge. The MPEC works to improve the continuity of mentoring practice by delivering evidence-based professional development modules so that all pre-service teachers experience high quality practicum. The MPEC provides a platform for early childhood teachers, educators, directors and university academics to support pre-service teachers’ placement experience.
Completion certificates referencing the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers are available.
